SMART was out on the Chief grade today performing trail maintenance work!
As we look forward to our trail expanding, our partnership with the Benzie Manistee Snowbirds provides upkeep and volunteer time that will help ease the prep for their snowmobiling season - in turn their end of season maintenance gives us a head start during our season.
It has been great to work with the snowmobilers and allow for year long trail enjoyment on this section of trail.
The SMART group is excited to provide further advocacy, volunteering, and fundraising towards trail recreation for all!
