An old business that we loved with a new name.
Hello friends! 🫶🏻
Wow! I’ve noticed many, many new faces here, so I’m thinking it’s time for a little introduction for all of you new friends!
Welcome to Ash & Sugar located right in Bear Lake! My name is Ashley, and I’ve been married to my amazing, supportive, hardworking husband, Anders, for almost 7 years. I’ve been truly blessed to be a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful children, plus a foreign exchange student for the next couple of weeks until she heads back to France!
We also have two big dogs who give endless cuddles and licks, and truly believe they are tiny lap dogs. Most of our weekends and weekdays are filled with beach days, sports, hikes, traveling to see friends and family, or being back in the kitchen baking! Between the dogs, kids, my husband, and myself, there’s PLENTY of taste testing happening in this kitchen too!
My love for baking has held a special place in my heart for as long as I can remember. If I’m not creating something sweet, then I’m cooking something savory! My heart has always belonged in the kitchen.
I started Sweet Baked Bliss back in 2023, and it brought me so many wonderful opportunities! I grew such a fun clientele and met so many amazing people while becoming part of some of their most special moments. I’ve been a part of it all- engagements, bridal showers, weddings, baby showers, baptisms, gender reveals, graduations, celebrations of life, birthdays, work events, and more!! It’s such an honor, and I truly can’t even put it into words.
Recently I rebranded to Ash & Sugar as I work toward starting a roadside bakery featuring breads, cakes, chocolate treats, and more!! But until that day comes, we’ll stick to custom orders and quick sale specials!
I can promise you that every treat you get from me has been made with my whole heart and with every detail thoughtfully considered. Every treat that leaves my house leaves with my pride, love, and joy.
