Bear Grass Recreation will be having signs-ups for Fall Softball and Baseball

***Sign ups will be for the age the prayer will be playing next spring.

Softball will be offering 8u & 12u
Baseball will be offering 8u, 10u, & 12u

Last Sign-up date is:
Saturday August 28th 2:00-4:00

RECREATION FOOTBALL

Due to low interest we are forced to cancel our 2021 Recreation football efforts. If your child would still like to play they can Register in Williamston at Ga***rd Perry Park till 7/24/21. I have attached their flyer. They are trying to have 5/6 flag, 7/8 tackle, 9/10 tackle, 11/12 tackle

Bear Grass Recreation Football.

We did not have enough sign up to support the following teams.

5/6 flag
7/8 tackle
9/10 tackle.

11/12 tackle we currently have 8 signed up and need 18. If we do not have 18 players by July 19th we will have to cancel the 11/12 Recreation tackle team also.

Bear Grass and Robersonville School district. We will be having Recreation football sign ups this Wednesday 6/9/21 6pm till 8pm. Also on Saturday 6/12/21 10am till 1pm. We will be accepting sign ups for 5/6 flag, 7/8 tackle, 9/10 tackle, and 11/12 tackle. Age as of Aug, 31, 2021. We also need coaches for each age group. The sign ups will be held at the Bear Grass Scout hut located at 1241 Cherry lane. Williamston, nc 27892 (in the Bear Grass community). Bear grass Rec. Football plans to compete in Community Youth Football League this year. If you are interested in volunteering please message or text Josh Keel @ 252 809 3780. If you text me be sure to tell me who you are. I intend to have a planning meeting in near future. Games normally start in the beginning of sept. Practice normally starts at end of July. We can accept anyone that goes to Bear Grass Charter School, Rodgers Elementary, or Robersonville school district.

Opportunities below.

5-6 flag. Need funding, coaches, uniforms, and players

7-8 tackle. Need funding, Helmets, uniforms,, coaches, and players

9-10 tackle. Need funding, Helmets, uniforms, coaches, and players

For convenience with parent that may have multiple kids playing both baseball and softball, we are adding 8u and 12u softball sign-ups this weekend with the baseball sign-ups.
Sign-ups for T-ball, baseball, and softball with be this weekend at Rodgers School field in the concession stand
