At Southern Fauquier Ruritans, food accessability, and helping organizations that provide it, is one of our main community service goals. In June, SFR president, Brenda, spoke to Pastor Lewis at Providence Baptist Church regarding their community food program. During the conversation, it was discovered that they were in need of a freezer. Brenda was able to secure the donation of a working freezer and one of our members was able to provide transport of the freezer to the church! It takes a village but at Southern Fauquier Ruritans we make it happen!
