📣 Calling all parents! 📣

We invite you to join us at our upcoming Parent Advisory Board (PAB) meeting!

Representatives from our Youth Center and CDC will be sharing all of the exciting activities, programs, and events happening for our children. The PAB will also be discussing future givebacks, upcoming events, and new opportunities to support our families.

Most importantly, we want to hear from YOU! Your feedback, ideas, and suggestions help shape the programs and events we offer. Tell us what is working, what you’d like to see more of, and how we can continue making our programs even better for our children and families.

🎁 As a special thank you for attending, parents will receive one raffle ticket upon entering the meeting for a chance to win a gift card! Follow our page, share it, and bring a friend to earn additional raffle tickets and increase your chances of winning.

💜 Teacher Appreciation Week may be wrapping up at the CDC & Youth Center, but the kindness doesn’t have to stop. 💜

First, a huge thank you to all of the parents and families who took the time to stop by, create something thoughtful, and help make our teachers feel appreciated. From handmade cards to flower bouquets and treat bags, it was incredible seeing our community come together to give back to the amazing CDC & Youth Center staff who pour so much into our children every day.

As we packed up the stations, the PAB realized we still have flowers, treat bags, and blank cards available — and we would love to continue spreading that same appreciation to our Lone Tree teachers as well! 🌸🍬✏️

And if you happened to miss the opportunity to create something for your child’s CDC or Youth Center teacher, we would still love to help make that happen too.

If you would like to put together a simple yet thoughtful gift for a teacher, please send Clarissa Pilapil a message for pickup details on base. Everything is completely free and meant to help families continue showing appreciation to the teachers who make a difference every day. 💜

We also greatly appreciate the donations received throughout this event. Every donation made will go directly toward future give-back events and activities supporting our CDC and Youth Programs.

✨ Teacher Appreciation Week at Beale CDC & Youth Center ✨

This wasn’t just a table—it was a solution.

The Parent Advisory Board (PAB) created a space for families to show appreciation without the stress of trying to figure it out in the middle of busy lives. Because between work, kids, and everything else… things slip. So we made it simple.

🌸 A flower station where kids could build a bouquet
🍬 A treat table to create personalized goodie bags
✏️ A card station to make something meaningful
☕ And for our teachers—coffee and donuts to show our appreciation

Set up at both the CDC and Youth Center, this was designed so every child had the chance to give back and be part of something thoughtful.

💜 Everything was completely free for students to create, enjoy, and participate.
We also have a donation jar and Venmo available for anyone who wanted to give back and support future events—but no pressure, just opportunity.

Because our teachers don’t just “do a job”—they show up every day for our kids, pour into them, and help shape who they’re becoming.

This was our way of making sure they felt that.

💜 Thank you to all of our incredible teachers—you are seen, valued, and appreciated.
