Thanksgiving Food Drive

We want to inform everyone that there will not be a 2026 Annual Dowd Family Thanksgiving Food Drive. We've had a few changes on our end that won't allow us to give it the level of dedication and time it deserves this year. We appreciate everyone for your generosity, support and help over the years.

This being said, helping individuals and families does not stop. There are many ways and organizations you can help. We ask that you consider helping Ocean of Love for children with cancer and their families. Go to https://oceanoflove.org to see how you can help by making a donation or contact them directly to see if you can arrange for food or gift card donations.

We are forever grateful to the incredible Dowd Family, who have once again demonstrated the true spirit of Thanksgiving by providing a complete feast for our families in need! Their tireless efforts, along with their friends and the community, have resulted in hundreds of pounds of food, including turkey, being collected for our Ocean of Love families. In a time when food acquisition has been a challenge, their kindness shines brighter than ever! We are overwhelmed with gratitude for their annual , which makes every holiday season a truly special occasion. 🦃🍗🍽🧡

The 12th Annual Dowd Family Thanksgiving Food Drive is officially over. We have delivered all donations - thousands of pounds of food, turkeys and near $1000 in gift cards. Incredible job by our donors! We are grateful!
