🌍 Direct communication is one of the most valuable skills you can learn — yet it is often one of the most misunderstood.

Many conflicts, misunderstandings, and missed opportunities happen not because people disagree, but because the message was never delivered the way it was intended.

What sounds direct and efficient in one culture may sound rude in another. What feels polite in one environment may seem vague and confusing in another.

Learning how direct communication works means:
✅ Saying what you mean clearly.
✅ Understanding how your message may be received.

After the bright and emotional CHALLENGE YOURSELF competitions, where children with inclusion participated, our team had the opportunity to continue the day in an even warmer atmosphere 🫂

We joined an American dinner cooking workshop (hot dogs ) - a very engaging activity that brought together children, parents, and our team in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere . Together we cooked, communicated, laughed, and learned small but important things: how to work as a team, support one another, and not be afraid to try something new 🌭

Such meetings are especially valuable because they create a space where children can feel free, confident, and comfortable. Informal communication after the competitions helps people get to know each other better, strengthen positive emotions, and show that inclusion is not only about events, but also about everyday interaction 🙏🏻

We are truly happy to have shared this time together and grateful to everyone who joined and helped create such a warm atmosphere ❤️

During this period, we also had a meeting with School No. 15 in the city of Bila Tserkva. It was a very warm and welcoming visit, and we sincerely enjoyed spending time there 😍

The atmosphere was open and friendly, and the conversation was meaningful and engaging. Such meetings are an important part of the program, as they help build communication, understanding, and stronger connections within the community🎓

We are starting a new project that aligns with our mission: delivering medical aid where it is needed most.

Today, we are launching our cooperation with the hospital in Tarashcha, Ukraine. As you can see, this community hospital is far from the conditions patients and medical staff deserve. It requires not only renovation, but, more importantly, essential medical aid, equipment, and supplies.

Help us make a difference before winter arrives.

Winters in Ukraine during the war can be extremely challenging, with power outages, limited access to water, and freezing temperatures. The people who rely on this hospital deserve better.

We are committed to supporting those who are struggling, and we are deeply grateful for every act of humanitarian assistance.

Last week URGENT team had another incredibly heartfelt Open Dialogue meeting with the students of Collegium in Bila Tserkva city 💬

Even despite the air raid alert, this meeting was filled with so much warmth, sincerity, support, and genuine emotions. These moments remind us how important it is to stay united, keep talking, sharing thoughts, and simply being there for one another 🤍

We spoke about youth opportunities, dreams, self-development, initiatives, and the challenges young people face today. But beyond all the conversations, what truly made this meeting unforgettable was the atmosphere — calm, open, kind, and deeply genuine.

And the warm gifts and heartfelt words from the students touched us more than we can describe 🫶 These small but meaningful moments stay in our hearts for a very long time and remind us why we continue creating spaces like this.

We are endlessly grateful to everyone who became part of this dialogue. Thank you for your trust, openness, smiles, and warmth
