A Joy Project is a simple way to brighten someone’s day while bringing our POJ community together to make a difference.

On Saturday, August 29th, we’ll be partnering with Big-Hearted Blooms to paint and plant flower pots, which will be paired with handwritten notes from our Joy Writers group and delivered to people who could use a little extra support.

We’re looking for volunteers to join us from 11 AM–1 PM! No gardening experience needed — just come ready to help create a little joy.

This summer, POJ’s service project adventure consisted of sorting books at the Kid’s Book Bank! 📚

Following an early dinner at Fat Head Brewery, our volunteers sorted huge bins of books into categories and reading levels. The books will be distributed to organizations throughout the Greater Cleveland area.

We’re grateful for our amazing volunteers who gave their time to help spread the power of joy through the gift of reading!
