☀️ FIELD DAY IS THIS FRIDAY AND WE NEED SOME AWESOME VOLUNTEERS! ☀️

We need your help to make this the best field day ever for our students! If you're ready to join the fun, we have a few important details you need to know before signing up:

⏱️ Full Commitment: Please ensure you are available for the entire duration of your chosen time slot so we have adequate coverage for our students. After checking in at the office, please see your assignment on the list in the vestibule.

💦 Splish Splash: Heads up! Some of our activities involve water, so you might get wet!

🎒 PTA Membership Required: To volunteer, you must be a current member of the 2025-2026 HMP PTA.

⚠️ Please note: To ensure student safety and proper coverage, individuals who do not show up or stay for their full time slot may not be permitted to volunteer at future events.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonder wonderful women that show up day in and day out for our Potter family. 💗

As a reminder, students will be visiting the Book Fair during their regularly scheduled Library time starting next week (preschool will visit during designated times) but we still need a few more hands to help make the magic happen. 📖✨
