I must admit that for many years I was a quilt panel snob. I just wasn't sure that I could make some beautiful or interesting from a panel. Well - no more!
Cindie McChesney brought an entertaining interesting program about panels that helped our members see panels in a whole new light.

Our members decided that it would be fun to have a sew day - so we did and it's the first of many. Members worked on their own projects; we had demonstration; food and fellowship. It really doesn't get much better than that, does it?

We had the best time with Scott Flanagan from 4th and Main Design last week. He presented his program "Behind the Scenes" where he told us about his work as a designer and quiltmaker. We saw wonderful examples of his work and learn a lot about the process of fabric design and production; about the process of having a book published and much much more!

Toni Oyler, a certified Judi Neimeyer educator presented a terrific program at our February 2025 meeting. The trunk show was filled with glorious quilts that Toni constructed using the Judy Neimeyer method. This is just a smattering of the quilts shown at the meeting.
