My animal welfare organization in Baytown, Toni TNR Tails, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) specializing in combating the cat overpopulation crisis in the community through Trap-Neuter-Return. 341 strays/ferals this year so far and 140 scheduled in September. We do not rescue or foster except by our own circumstance.
