The board of the Pan Kerkyraikos Association would like to inform everyone that we will be cooking traditional Greek food for all of the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House at New Hyde Park, NY on Sunday October 25, as part of our "KERKYRA CARES" initiative. We would like to thank all those who will be donating the ingredients and their time cooking traditional Greek staples, ON THE SPOT, for these individuals who have focused their energy on the wellbeing of their children.
Our menu includes Pastitsio, Bureki, Souvlakia, Stuffed Peppers, Koukouropita, Greek Salads, Lemon Potatoes, Skordalia AND OF COURSE WE HAVE TO FINISH IT OFF WITH TIGANITES AND FRAPPE!!!!
We will also present the families with the inaugural performance of the Pan Kerkyraikos Dance group during this time as we fulfill our mission, as a society, in promoting our rich heritage to our community.
