R finished high school in the hospital, thanks to support from his extraordinary advocates and teachers from the NYC DOE Hospital Schools team. R was recently able to return home after a few years in the hospital with his mother who relocated to accommodate his mobility needs. He was accepted to college and needed devices to help him communicate, and The Fairy Godmother Foundation was able to provide just that – providing a a touch screen laptop, iPad & pencil, airpods, and carrying cases!
