Bay Village Education Foundation The Bay Village Education Foundation works to support, promote and fund programs created by students, faculty and staff in the Bay Village Public Schools.

The Bay Village Education Foundation was formed in 1985 by a group of Bay Village community leaders & parents in order to support creative programs in the Bay Village School System. It is an independent, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization run by an elected Board of Trustees.Our mission is to support, promote and fund programs created by students, faculty and staff in the Bay Village Public Scho

Join us as we gather to honor Dylan’s life, celebrate his love of lacrosse, and come together for a meaningful day. 💙

12:00 PM — Doors Open
Come early to connect, enjoy the atmosphere, and settle in for the afternoon.

1:30 PM — Invocation
A meaningful moment of reflection as we honor Dylan and the purpose behind this day.

1:40 PM — Community Drone Photo
Join us on the field to form the number 12 — a powerful tribute captured from above.

2:00 – 4:00 PM — Co-ed Lacrosse Scrimmages + Skills Sessions
Players of all ages will take part in scrimmages and skills sessions.

📣 Exciting news! The Bay Village Education Foundation is thrilled to announce that more than $40,000 in grant funding is available for the 2025–2026 school year to support innovative, creative, and inspiring projects across Bay Schools.

Available Funding Opportunities -

📘 General Grant Fund - up to $25,000
Supports projects focused on curriculum development, seed funding for new ideas, or holistic health and wellness.

🎨 Gorman Family Fund – up to $7,500
Designed to enhance educator expertise and expand innovative teaching techniques.

🌟 Maynard Bauer Leadership Fund – up to $2,000
Provides resources to foster and strengthen student leadership skills.

💛 Ann-Marie Young Memorial Special Education Fund – up to $2,000
Dedicated to supporting Bay Middle School classrooms that serve students with special needs.

📚 Thompson Fund – up to $5,000
Encourages programs that promote economic education and financial literacy.
