As a side note – The Dolphin Bar and Shrimp House was originally opened years ago by a famous movie star and singer Frances Langford who starred in numerous movies with the likes of Bing Crosby, Bob Hope, Perry Como and others. She also had a number one hit song entitled “Harbor Lights”. Sounds familiar, the theme of our senior prom – Harbor Lights. By the way, the restaurant contains a mini museum of Frances Langford.
SUMMARY
All of us involved do hope you can attend one or both of our reunion sites. Also, very important. The committee has opened our reunion(s) to other alumni of Bay Shore High School. Same price as class members for all alumni and guests. It would be a nice addition to our reunions. If anyone has any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact any of the committee members or myself.
My sincere best wishes,
Artie Dromerhauser
President, Class of 1959
