Long Island continues to hold back misconduct records, remains silent on why other public facing professions must be vaccinated but not the police department (even though they are administering the shot and CoVid continues to adversely affect them as well). And now - today Legislator is sponsoring the same bill as Nassau wanting to make Suffolk police a protected class, but the same county can’t seem to arrest and prosecute people who hang nooses and draw swastikas against historical protected classes because they don’t understand their hate crime intent. ?????
The more things change, the more they stay the same.

The people won this battle. The people spoke and heard. Supposedly this same bill is expected to make it way to Suffolk. Good luck, the PEOPLE will win in Suffolk as well!
