Always the motto ❤️

We remember who we were on September 12, 2001.

We wanted to help. We wanted to be there for the people who were hurting, scared, and struggling. We wanted to go to Ground Zero, donate, volunteer—do anything we could to help.

For a moment, the things that divided us didn’t seem to matter.

We were neighbors. We were strangers helping strangers. We were one country, united by compassion, patriotism, and a genuine desire to take care of each other.

Maybe that’s the part of September 12 worth holding onto.

Live like the person you were on September 12, 2001.

At Operation VEST, we still believe in the power of simply being there for one another.

🇺🇸 Everyone can serve.
