🐾 A Great Turnout in Orange Beach! 🐾

It was great to see so many animal care professionals come together under one roof to learn, connect, and share knowledge about state law and service animals.

Education is especially important as Beau’s Law is set to go into effect on October 1, 2026. Staying informed helps animal care professionals better understand their responsibilities and provide knowledgeable, respectful service to individuals who rely on service animals.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this such a valuable learning opportunity! 💙🐕‍🦺

Learn. Connect. Stay informed. Support service-animal teams.

Today’s Training Session

Today, our students participated in hands-on defensive tactics training focused on chemical agent exposure, containment, and OC spray procedures. The session emphasized safety, proper technique, communication, and maintaining composure under stress.

Training like this helps prepare students to respond professionally and responsibly in challenging situations while reinforcing the importance of teamwork, discipline, and sound decision-making.

Train with purpose. Perform with professionalism.

🐾 Networking. Open Communication. Professionalism.

After a long day of certification training, we had a great conversation last night! This is what networking and open communication among animal control professionals looks like.

Training isn’t just about sitting in a classroom—it’s also about building relationships, sharing experiences, learning from one another, and having meaningful conversations about the work we do every day.

When animal control professionals come together, we have an opportunity to strengthen our profession and better serve the communities and animals entrusted to our care.

The learning continues even after the classroom doors close. 🐾🤝
