Precious Reflections is a group of parents and professionals committed to supporting bereaved parents through sharing thoughts and feelings on a one to one basis and in monthly meetings. We look to educate and inform about pregnancy and infant loss. Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month at the Diabetic Education building 400 S Trumbell Bay City, Michigan. It is directly behind Mclaren

Bay Hospital Meetings begin at 7 p.m. and go until 9 p.m. Pregnancy and Infant Loss Bereavement Advisors are present at each meeting. Parents who experience miscarriages, stillbirth, or infant death, have very special needs that family and friends may not be aware of. They often become uncomfortable when parents speak about their grief. As the loss of a baby may be considered to be less intense than the grief caused by other losses, parents are often expected to "get over it" very quickly. Silence does not protect against pain nor help to resolve strong feelings. Precious Reflections seeks to break the silence and promote healing.

Reminder our Walk to Remember is Sunday May 3 on the Riverwalk Pier in Bay City. Starts at 3:00. We will be set up around 2:30 so you can arrive and sign in. Dress for the weather. It is always cooler by the water. See you Sunday. Patti

Our annual Service of Remembrance will be on Thursday December 11 at St Catherine de Siena Invitations will be mailed out in November.

Due to a new Facebook Policy, Lives are only online for 30 days. All old lives from the memorials have been removed from Facebook. Unfortunately we were unable to download them before the removal deadline. I wanted to let you know in case anyone is going back through our feed looking for the videos, you will not find them.
