We are just 1 week away from our 2026 event. Unfortunately this year does not fall on free fishing weekend. All fishing in the event will need to purchase a license. If you do have a license you can purchase a 1 day or a season license by going to the website below.

Check in and meet & greet is Saturday at 1500 we look forward to seeing everyone soon.

2026 event is just a little over 3 weeks away. Planning is in the final stages and progress is running smoothly. Captains and Veterans, if you are unable to make it, please notify us either on messenger or through the contact us tab on the website at walleyesforwarriors.org.

For those who ordered swag through the website, items will be shipping the first of next week. We will be opening the store back up soon but items will not ship out until after the event. We will have limited supply of the anniversary logo items at the event.

We are excited to see many new faces this year with over a hundred first time Veterans registered!

In record time, Veterans registration has reached max capacity already. Unfortunately the venue can only hold so many people. Thanks for your understanding.

To those who made it, if you entered the correct information in for your email address, you were sent a confirmation letter. To those of you who entered the wrong information we will reach out to you by phone to confirm.

Good moring! Its April 1st that means veterans registration opens today. This is not an April fools joke as some may think. If you went to register shortly after midnight and couldn't get registered, your not alone. Registration will open at 8am today!

At 8am or after go to walleyesforwarriors.org and click the veterans registration link on the home page. After 8am if the link does not take you to the registration page, that means we have reached our maximum availability.

The WfW merchandise store is now open. You can enter the store by clicking the flashing flag on the home page of the website. Please note this segment of purchases will be open until April 22nd at 11:59 pm. Items purchased will be shipped or available for pick appropriately 2 weeks following the close.

We are less than 24 hours away from Veteran registration. 8am tomorrow it will be live @ walleyesforwarriors.org Registration is expected to fill up fast so dont forget.

We will also have our online store open tomorrow with some new and exciting items featuring our limited time offer 250th anniversary logo. Most of these items will only be available through the store so make sure to place your orders soon.

Its almost here, the long awaited registration date for our Veterans. We are just 1 week away. Next Wednesday at 8 am go to walleyesforwarriors.org and click the link on the home page for veterans registration. This link will NOT be available until 8am April 1st so please do not message saying the link wont work.

We will also have a link to our merchandise store with some new and exciting items that will be exclusive, limited time items. Follow along this Saturday as we go live from the Saginaw Fishing Show to see the unveiling of our 250th anniversary commemorative logo that will only be available on 2026 merchandise.

Notice to all boat captains, we are still looking for about 25 more boats. This will allow us to have fewer veterans on other boats giving them more action reeling in the Saginaw Bay Gold. Please pass the word on and go to our website link above, click on boat captain registration link to join in on this rewarding day of fishing.

We also have more room for volunteers so if you just want to hang out on shore and lend a hand, please register using the volunteer registration link.

We are looking for more boat captains and volunteers for this years event. If you would like to take part in one of the most rewarding days on the water., come help us make the event special. Seeing 200 plus smiling veterans under 1 tent after a day of fishing is what makes this so rewarding! You wont want to miss this years event as we celebrate the nation's 250th birthday in a special way.
