The Bee Project Bee-ing an example to the little ones who look up to us. "Caring and doing our best to help others do and "bee" their best."

The Bee Project, the idea of Madison and Makenzi McDonald, is a peer to peer service organization offering assistance to teens facing financial hardship so they can participate in various activities and events. The Bee Project's members are high school students who fundraise as well as donate their own money and time to make it possible to offer assistance to the youth of Matagorda County. The Bee

Project supports Matagorda County Fair & Livestock projects, 8th Grade Dance, Challenger League player concession and The Blue Star College Scholarship.

The Bee Project enjoyed serving hot dogs to their friends today at Challenger Baseball. If you want to see a great group of kids play baseball and enjoy free refreshments join us at the little league fields next Saturday and help cheer the teams on! Games start at 9 a.m.

We are in need of your homemade baked goods. Please consider baking this evening and donating one item such as a cake, couple dozen cookies, banana bread, kolaches, etc. WE WILL PICK UP OR ITEM CAN BE DROPPED OFF AT SERVICE CENTER.
