The Cattlewomen’s Association of Matagorda County is excited to announce our 2026 Scholarship recipients! We are confident that each of the young ladies will do amazing things in their futures!!

2026 Scholarship recipients are -

Ansley Kubecka - $2000 - Founder Scholarship in Memory of Donna Harrison.

Katherine Kelley - $750
Emma Piwonka - $750
Kaitlyn Gilbert - $750
Jade Scruggs- $500

The 2026 Commerical Heifer Sale was a huge success!!!

This year the CAMC served chopped beef sandwiches which were co-sponsored by United Ag. Bag chips were provided by Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sugarland and 12th Street Medical Clinic. Drinks were sponsored by El Campo Livestock Exchange. We also had some sweet treats homemade Haley Schnieder!
