Why was the cruise moved to the West Side of town?

This year, the cruise has been moved entirely to Bay City’s West Side to help avoid major traffic issues caused by toll bridges and the bottlenecking that occurs when crossing the river.

We want to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for both participants and spectators. And most importantly, we’re doing it all for a great cause: to support the American Cancer Society.

Once the LaFayette Bridge reopens, we’ll reevaluate the cruise route to explore bringing back the full cross-town experience in future years.

Thanks for your understanding and support — we’re excited to keep the tradition rolling strong for the 30th Anniversary!

Online ticket sales end today at 12:30am, but you can still buy a ticket in person at the show.
