Thank you to everyone for another great year!

Each year we love to make improvements to show you our appreciation, this year we introduced Membership Badges and I think they worked out great! We also had a new addition to the beer garden, a brand new fence made onsite by McKissick Cabinets, beautiful work!

Thank you to each of you who volunteered your time, you are what makes The Holding Pen work for all these years! We received help all week, including set up and clean up, we truly appreciate you!

Scholarship forms are due postmarked by April 5th!

The food and the drinks were great, and so was the company! Send us any pictures you took! Keep an eye out for email updates. We are all going to take a few days maybe a little longer to rest but we will get your invoices out as soon as we can!

Any questions or want to send your pictures please email me at

We are in need of volunteer waitresses for Saturday night. If we’re unable to get enough help, we may not be able to turn over service quickly enough to get everyone to the rodeo on time.

We also need volunteers to help work the bar desk, which will help keep the lines down for drink ticket purchases.

Our bar volunteer shifts are filled.

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Thank you!

We will be at the holding pen at 10am finishing up our cleaning and setup tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated. It’s mainly vacuuming rugs, wiping tables and putting table clothes on. At 3pm we will have a general membership meeting.
