Lakes Country Triathlon Sunday, August 29, 2027 at 8:30 am. 1/4 mile swim in beautiful, calm Whipple Lake, 14 mile bike over the river and through the lakes / woods, 3.2 mile run.

2026 Tri Racers - Update - Parking

Use Google Map: How to get to Whipple Beach Baxter MN.
It should take you in on Oakwood.

Oakwood Drive is the only road this year into Whipple Beach due to construction on Clearwater Road.

There will be a larger that normal crowd and auto congestion.

Try to arrive earlier than you normally would to make sure you find Park(ing)

Racers please park in the Whipple Beach Parking lot area until full.

If you have Spectators coming in separate Auto.
Let them know at 8:15am there will only be one lane in and out of the area. Police monitored

We ask them to park in the SIGNED PARK area 300 yards before Whipple Beach Park.
We will have Volunteers to show the way. This will help greatly.

As there will be only ONE LANE for Traffic IN and OUT.
Do your best to park, Stay until the end of the race before anyone leaves.
