Hey everyone! We have had a WONDERFUL turn out of coaches wanting to take their athletes to camp this summer. At this point we have reached our goal of 80 and are even trying to get more registered! Already registered are Appling co. Softball, Jeff Davis Cheer, and Bacon co. Football! We have decided to do a last minute golf tournament to try and raise a little more funding for scholarships. It's that time again! We are excited to announce that Former Atlanta Falcon's Coach Dan Reeves will be joining us for our 3rd annual Tri-County FCA Fundraising banquet. Thursday, March 27th we will gather to share about how God has moved in our area through the work of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Come to hear not only from Coach Reeves as he shares about his involvement with this ministry, but also from Coaches and Athletes in our area. God is doing an amazing work! The 2nd Annual Tri-County FCA Fundraising Banquet will be held April 25th. This evening will include a full meal, live and silent auctions, interviews with local Coaches and Athletes, and a VIP reception where those with passes can meet our guest speaker for the evening, Sid Bream! Bacon County Youth Explosion was held March 14th and 15th. Algernon Tennyson challenged those in attendance to be "Thirsty" for Christ. After doing such a wonderful job Thursday night a door opened up for Al to share at a school assembly Friday afternoon for the Bacon Co. High and Middle schools.
