Each guest donates a $25 donation and receives an abundance of grocery items.

Tonight's the night! The final food list we received this morning included Sauerkraut, letting us know it should be labelled, "Ingredients: cabbage & salt. Best-By Date: 10/2025."

People often ask why Ruby's food is sometimes expired. Did you know that the USDA estimates 30% of U.S. food supply is lost/wasted at the retail & consumer level?
