Spring Appeal

Dear Friends & Family,
I have been racking my brain trying to find a way to express the gratitude and appreciation we feel for your support of Kambly and its residents. I came across the meaning of the Sunflower – unwavering faith, loyalty and adoration. That describes you perfectly! Your many years of faithful and loyal support has made Kambly what it is today. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support has not only allowed us to improve our one-of-a-kind home but to build caring relationships between Residents, Staff, and Board Members that make Kambly a family!

The Sunflower also stands for enduring love and strength to stand tall. That is exactly why we chose to redecorate all resident bedrooms to their liking. Robert and Aaron for example chose video games. From curtains to bedding, area rugs and wall décor they have the perfect video gaming room! Assisting in creating their dream bedroom brought much happiness and the strength to stand tall with pride knowing they assisted in creating their dream bedroom. This is all due to your loyal support so, Thank you!

While your continued support aided in completing the resident bedrooms, we still need your help. Our largest source of revenue is room and board received from each resident. What we choose to charge for room and board is dependent on the ability to pay. This has always been and will continue to be our compassionate and guiding philosophy. However, the gap is widening between what we charge, and what it costs, to provide an exceptional home to our residents. Your donations close that gap. Your generosity has enabled us to serve this community since 1949 - 76 glorious years!

We are counting on your loyal support once again, to ensure the longevity of Kambly for years to come.

Every move we complete into assisted living facilities all around Michigan, Package Handlers Moving Co will donate 10% of our proceeds to Kambly Living Center.

Kambly Living Center is a Non-Profit group in Battle Creek, MI. They provide adults with developmental disabilities a family home-like environment. They offer quality care in a comfortable, secure setting with activities and services designed to enhance their independence and dignity. 💙🧡
