Transformation isn’t just subtraction, it is replacement. Every week we hear someone's journey and how they're learning to navigate through their healing journey. The conversations getting to know one another around the dinner table is worth looking to weekly. We are a revolving door, sowing seeds. We are able to reach someone new every week. Learning to let go of what we think life should look like, there's freedom in that. One said when we try to control everything, that's a bo***ge. This joy that we have, the world didn't give it and the world can't take it away.
Hymns broke out the more gratitude that was being shared. Walking in the Light is something we had the honor of teaching. This lesson we are stepped into a deeper journey knowing that God's shaping us within the knowledge of truth and meeting transformation, where faith becomes something we live. To take a personal inventory means that we examine our thoughts, words, and actions as they occur throughout the day.
We learned that some of the things that cause spiritual disconnect is stress, phones, busyness at work among many other things. Our minds are full, but our heart is empty. We can also have an emotional overload, offense, hurt isolation, burn out or misalignment with priorities. But the good news is, disconnect isn't defeat. We have to becareful standing firm that we don't fall. Our confidence can turn into carelessness. Taking these thoughts captive we recognize the wrong thoughts, stop agreeing with them and speak truth out load. Healing isn't passive, it's intentional!
