In today’s session, we interactively explored questions such as:

What do you do, and why should others care?

What’s the broader impact of your work?

Why did you begin studying what you’re studying?

We discussed the importance of tailoring your scientific word choices to suit your audience. Whether you’re seeking to inspire curiosity, secure funding, or simply share knowledge, effective communication is key.

We had an incredible time launching the ASPRS Student Chapter at the University of Arkansas! It was a lively hour, brimming with joy, meaningful connections, and the beginning of an exciting new era for photogrammetry and remote sensing at UARK.
