Wings of Love hosts at least two conferences a year, designed for youth and young adults: Blizzard Breakaway and Heatwave. These events hold the sole purpose of bettering the lives of this generation, with strong morals and integrity. Garland & Beverly Bilbo birthed the vision of Wings of Love, while they were youth pastors, in the city of New Orleans in 1990. Through these conferences, they have

been able to change and impacted countless lives. is the youth department of both campus locations. One of the ways we raise funds for Wings of Love youth department is through making tasty chocolate treats available for donation!
