The 100 Black Men of Metro Baton Rouge is excited to announce that registration is now open for the Summer 2026 Young Investors Academy!

This FREE financial literacy program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to make smart financial decisions, understand investing, budgeting, entrepreneurship, and build a foundation for long-term financial success.

Program Dates: Every Sunday, July 12 – August 2, 2026

Project Excel is our premier mentoring program designed to empower young men in grades 6th–12th throughout Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.

Through mentorship, academic support, leadership development, college and career readiness, community service, and enrichment opportunities, students are equipped with the tools needed to succeed in school and in life.

Following our motto, “What They See Is What They’ll Be,” Project Excel provides positive role models and meaningful experiences that help young men grow into leaders in their schools and communities.

Participants also gain access to additional youth programs and opportunities offered by the organization throughout the year.
