These items are always in high demand and go directly to individuals and families who rely on St. Vincent de Paul of Baton Rouge for support. Every donation helps restore dignity and provides comfort to someone facing difficult circumstances.

Volunteers Needed: Tuesdays & Wednesdays

We need a few more helping hands at St. Vincent de Paul of Baton Rouge!

Our Dining Room serves our neighbors every day of the year, thanks to our volunteers. Right now, we especially need help on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in two key areas:

Dining Room — Help serve meals and provide a welcoming experience for our neighbors.

Helpers of Hope — Lend a hand where it's needed and help our team continue providing compassionate service to those who come through our doors.

Whether you can volunteer regularly or just have a few hours to spare, your time truly makes a difference.

This is a wonderful chance for individuals, families, church groups, coworkers, and community organizations to make a meaningful impact.

Please come in through the gate entrance.

We’ll have cold drinks ready, and everyone in the community is welcome to come inside, cool off, and get out of the heat.Please help us spread the word. Share this post with anyone who might need a safe, cool place this weekend.

Thank you Greater Baton Rouge State Fair.

We were honored to present 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 recipient St. Vincent de Paul of Baton Rouge with a check to support its phenomenal 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺. St. Vincent de Paul has already distributed 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 throughout the Greater Baton Rouge area for this school year.

Uniforms For Kids is hosting one FINAL public school uniform distribution!

Wednesday, August 5 from 10 am - 2 pm.

Walk-ins are welcome. No appointment needed. Uniforms will be provided while supplies last. No appointment is needed.

If you miss this final public distribution, don't worry—help is still available. After public distributions conclude, parents should contact their child's school counselor. Counselors can submit a Uniforms For Kids request form, and we'll notify families by email when their uniforms are ready for pickup at the Holmes Outreach Center.
