WHAT IS BATON ROUGE DOING WITH THE MILLIONS IT GETS EACH YEAR FOR HOMELESS HOUSING?

I see it in the news every day. Baton Rouge Homeless Housing Coalition, Baton Rouge war to end Homelessness. They even went as far as to make it illegal to be homeless, but I'll tear that one up in another post.
I want to invite you along on my journey to find housing help for homeless in Baton Rouge. And hopefully I'll find answers to these questions along the way! Keep an eye out for Episode #1.
