Human Services Foundation (HSF) is a provider for substance abuse treatment in Louisiana serving the Department of Health and Hospital's Louisiana Rehabilitation Services and the Office of Alcohol and Drug Abuse's Access to Recovery programs. Since 1984, HSF has been providing services for those in need of recovery treatment and resources. Our primary modality of treatment for addictive disorders

is employment. Without a job, some means of transportation and a secure place to live, a recovering addict would be facing major obstacles to his/her recovery.
