⚜️To make a water filter using a plastic bottle, sand, and rocks, you can follow these steps:

1: Cut off the top and bottom of a plastic bottle.⚜️
2: Tie a scrap of cloth or Coffee filter over the neck of the bottle to act as a filter. You can use a clean piece of cotton or other natural fabric.⚜️
3: Fill the bottle with layers of fine sand and coarse sand. The sand will help to filter out impurities from the water.⚜️
4: Add a layer of rocks on top of the sand to help support the filter.
Turn the bottle upside down and place it into a container to catch the filtered water.⚜️
5: Pour water into the bottle and let it filter through the layers of sand and rocks.⚜️

⚜️Note: This is just a basic homemade water filter and may not remove all contaminants or harmful substances from the water. It is important to boil or treat water before drinking if you are unsure of its purity.

This is Lilly from Missouri. She has not only achieved eagle rank but she's also achieved earning every merit badge there is that's offered.

She has also achieved getting the Congressional medal gold level from Congress among many other achievements she has had as a teenager.

Her eagle project was creating a veterans memorial for those past, present and future military personnel. She is an incredible person, an amazing scout and a very humble individual.
