Step by Step Therapeutic Group Services is currently hiring compassionate and reliable women (21+) to work in a youth residential group home in Baton Rouge, LA.

💼 Position: Direct Care Worker
💵 Pay:
• Day Shift: $12/hr
• Evening Shift: $12/hr
• Overnight (Sleep Shift): $12/hr

✅ Must be able to pass a background check & drug screening
✅ Must be dependable and ready to work
✅ Experience with youth is a PLUS
