NASW has released draft standards addressing long-term services and supports ( ) provided by to people of all ages in home- and community-based settings and facilities, and we invite your input on the manuscript. When finalized, the standards will replace the 2003 NASW Standards for Social Work Services in Long-Term Care Facilities. It was so great connecting with members from Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Texas at the NASW National Conference in Washington, DC! One of the best parts of conference is having the opportunity to meet members face-to-face, strengthen existing relationships, and make new connections across our chapters.
