What a great project! Aren’t we lucky to live in such a caring community!

*Family Fridge at the Brunswick Landing*
If you need dinner, take dinner...no questions asked.
We are deeply concerned by the upcoming loss of food assistance in our community. Starting Tuesday (Election Day), Wild Oats Bakery & Café and Flight Deck will be placing and stocking community fridges at the Landing Y. Our teams will prep, cook, and fill these fridges every Tuesday through November. Meals are free for anyone who needs food- individuals and families. The Y’s showers, bathrooms, and facilities are also open for anyone to use during pickup between 5:30AM and 8:00PM

Want to help? Add a $10 “Family Fridge” donation at checkout at Flight Deck or Wild Oats. Every $10 adds an additional family-sized amount of food to the fridge. Any donation dollars we can't use for further stocking the Landing fridges will be directed to MCHPP (Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program) to support their ongoing work.

We had a great first day for our Bulb sales! We will be selling them every Saturday this month (until we sell out!), at the Bath Farmers' Market and in front of Brackett's Market. We hope to see you there!

There are 200 'backpacks' with amounts from $1 to $200 -- and everything in between. Once every 'backpack' amount is claimed, we will have raised $20,000!

Donations will help MYC purchase school supplies for nearly 650 students, grades K-12

In case anyone is looking for a nice thing to do for a student in our community!

Some of MYC's students are OFF TO COLLEGE soon! Many are first-generation college students. All feel a mix of excitement & trepidation. We are PROUD of their efforts!! Gift cards help these young people set up dorm rooms or get the supplies that other forms of aid don't cover. **If you'd like to help in this Work, simply drop off gift cards at MYC
