Perfect for athletes who are learning and developing foundational tumbling skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, and cartwheels.

Designed for athletes working on round-offs and walkovers. Athletes should already be confident with basic tumbling skills including rolls and cartwheels before registering for this class.
