🚨 Join us next Saturday 5/17 at The Park Café for Breakfast with a Cop👮🏻‍♂️

Local officers will be here behind the counter and in the kitchen serving you coffee, sweets and eats.

We will have a K-9 in the house for the kids to meet as well as police vehicles to check out! 🐕‍🦺🚔

🫧 Bubbles, gifts, and police themed desserts on deck!

This is a family friendly event to celebrate the end of National Police Week - as well as highlighting these men and women who keep our shop busy & up and running in the morning ☕️ 🥯

We can’t thank them enough for what they do for this community.

🐢Call in and pledge a donation to Tyrtle Beach during the WVIN Morning Show this week to see Bath Village Police Investigator Mike Jackson go jump in a lake for our local youth.
🐢EVERY DONATION HELPS and donations are accepted any time of the year at www.TyrtleBeach.com!
🌊Don’t forget to join us on jump day this FRIDAY!! Investigator Jackson will be jumping into Lake Salubria. There will be food and drinks available with proceeds going directly to the Tyrtle Beach Youth Fund. There will be lots of free fun and games for all ages!

Here is the itinerary for Tragic tales of Bath tour this Saturday from the Chief of Police:

1.) Where did the infamous serial killer Joseph Deangelo also known as the Golden State Killer grow up? I’ll show you.

2.) December 2005 murder location and story

3.) The first hospital from 1910-1916 in the Village. Good and bad things happened here.

4.) Pioneer cemetery-tough times fell on many

5.) Fatal fire West Steuben St.-story as told by the Chief of Police who was the first on scene.

6.) Location of the double fatal fire of April 1980

7.) Location of Double homicide in January 1980 and series of events.

8.) Last known sightings and story of Barbara Aleksivich who left a local business in October 1973 and has never been seen from again.

9.) location and story of attempted child abduction in October 1973. The suspect proceeded to r**e and murder a 5 yo in Montana a couple months later and is believed to have killed more.

10.) Location of several deaths on Liberty St and some from horrible tragedies. Stories and tour of building.

11.) October 1982, where did a 60 year old man get pushed to his death? A creepy place indeed.

12.) Location of 2 fatal traffic accidents in same spot of roadway.

13.) Gallows Hill where the only ex*****on in Steuben County history took place in 1825. 10,000 people attended. Hear the story.

14.) April 1981, a man beaten to death in his apartment. Where was it? I’ll show and tell the tale.

Several other stories of tragedy from just outside the Village limits as we walk. Approx. 1.5-2 mile total walk.

Come join the Chief of Police as he narrates a spooky ghost walk and locations of horrific events in the downtown Bath area this Saturday the 19th from 7:30 pm till approx. 9 pm. All proceeds benefit the Bath PBA for community programs, scholarships, etc. Tickets will be sold for $10 each at the Police Dept. A maximum of 50 per day will be sold, first come first serve. Meeting location is Pulteney Park. If this sells out another day will be held on the 26th at 8:30 after Trunk or Treat. More info will be forthcoming mid week.
