Hope Mentoring Organization Hope Mentoring Organization is built on three pillars: Innovation, Inspiration, and Influence. H.O.P.E.

We empower youth to think creatively, lead confidently, and pursue purpose through faith, mentorship, and community. Mentoring Program envisions a community in which every youth experiences nurturing one-on-one relationships, guidance, and community support, which in turn allows the adult supervisors/administators to mentor teens, and teen mentors to mentor junior high/middle age youth. During Math Week, our mentees learned that math is more than numbers on a worksheet, it is a skill they can use in everyday life.

Mentees focused on financial literacy by earning Hope Bucks throughout the week. They used their money to purchase inventory, create their own businesses, and make decisions about pricing, spending, and saving.

Each group was responsible for marketing their business by creating flyers and business cards before opening their shops at our Hope Mentoring Flea Market.

At the end of the day, the business with the highest profit earned a cash prize.

Congratulations to T & C Toy Shop, owned by Tyrus and Chosen, for earning first place with $368 in profit!

We also want to celebrate our other amazing businesses:
• Big Papa’s Candy Store
• K & K Cheesy Chips
• Addi’s Lemonade Stand

Every mentee showed creativity, teamwork, leadership, and what it means to believe in their ideas.
