The Genesis Kids Fishing Rodeo was held this past weekend at the old River Run at Enid Lake. We spent the day fishing, eating hamburgers, playing on the playground, and learning about fish predators from the Bob Tyler Fish Hatchery. We may not have caught many fish, but we made a lot of great memories and had a wonderful time together!

Please join us this Saturday at the First Baptist Church Family Life Center for a karate tournament hosted by our Genesis Kids after school director, Brother Don Chapman! Several of our after school children are participating, including these pictured below who recently placed in a karate tournament in Alabama. The tournament will begin at 10:00 AM and admission is $10. Please come out and support this valuable ministry that teaches our children discipline and self-control as well as builds confidence.
