The county is still working on the culvert replacement that they started yesterday. They called and said that they had broken the water line. Unfortunately, the same customers that lost water yesterday will have their water cut off again today. Hopefully it will only be for a short amount of time.

Part of the system has had the water cut off due to a culvert being replaced. One of our service lines runs across the road at that location. It should be back on shortly.

It is time to read meters again. Our guys are having to wade through knee-high grass, climb under bushes, watch for dogs...

It is time to read meters again. Our guys are having to wade through knee-high grass, climb under bushes, watch for dogs, endure the heat, and hope and pray that it doesn’t rain.
We can’t do anything about the weather, but you can help with the other issues.
We will begin charging a fee if we have to clear a path or cut grass/weeds in order to get to the meter. Please check your meter out. Thanks for helping us with this issue.

We just learned that the county has broken one of our lines on Gin Road again. We are heading to make an assessment. Hopefully, we can repair it without turning the water off. If not, customers north of Highway 6 may experience a water shutdown.

We are repairing a leak and had to turn the water off north of Highway 6. It will be back on shortly.

WATER SHUT OFF
We will not have to cut off the water to make the repair.
