BL Minors came up short in their pursuit of a state championship with a heartbreaking loss to Midland-Valley yesterday. They finish with a 10-2 record this summer and state runner-ups.

More importantly, though, this team was selected by the umpires to receive the Sportsmanship Award. This is a testament to their character and we are extremely proud of this group of young men and coaches for representing our town so well. Good job boys!

BL stays alive with a win over P*e Dee. They’ll face Midland Valley for the state championship. This is what these boys and coaches have worked hard for all week, and there’s one game left. Leave it all on the field boys and bring home the ring!

BL suffered a loss to Midland-Valley tonight. They will face P*e Dee in an elimination game at 10 am tomorrow morning; the winner faces Midland-Valley for the state championship at 2 pm. These boys need your support. Good luck and bring it home tomorrow!
