CALLING ALL COMMUNITY MEMBERS!
Volunteer signups for MSBA 3A Championships which we host on November 7 are now open! Sign up using the link below! This is a huge money maker for our band and we need ALL HANDS ON DECK. Please sign up for at least 1 shift if you are able.
This event is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our talented young musicians and foster community spirit. And a great way to get volunteer hours!
How You Can Help: We’re looking for volunteers to assist with various tasks, including setups, concessions, providing support for registered bands, and more. Whether you can spare a few hours or the whole day, your contribution will make a difference!

MEAT!
We still need donations for both Oct 31 and Nov 7 for our Hospitality area. Specifically, we need people who can make meat and/or chili.
The Hospitality area is in the cafe and it’s where we serve food to the bus drivers and band directors from our visiting bands. Donations should be delivered to the High School cafeteria on the day of the event: Fruit and muffins: at 7:00 am. Meat, chili, and dessert: by 11:00 am. Thank you!

We still need volunteers to help TOMORROW when WCHS hosts Moeller! This is a HUGE moneymaker for our program and we rely on our volunteers to help. All concessions volunteers are welcome to a free sandwich, bag of chips, and drink. And kids 16 and up can also help, so this is a great way for high schoolers and college students to get volunteer hours.
