Clermont County Safe Communities CCSC is administered by the Area Health Education Center of the University of Cincinnati AHEC program located in Batavia OH.

e Communities is an approach for developing and/or expanding local partnerships to achieve a safer, healthier community and, in return, reduce costs associated with injury. The overall goal of this traffic safety project is to reduce the overall number and severity of crashes on Brown County roads. The project’s Coalition/Core Community Group (comprised of at least 35 local law enforcement, education, judicial, and other community leaders, including all three Brown County Commissioners) continues to collect and analyze local traffic crash statistics and risk factor information.
