These are the new residents of our Hogar Hermelinda Home for Young Women Program. Our first six residents have graduated as nurses and are working. August 8 was a huge day for the Peruvian Outreach Project. The filies of Danixa, Greycith, and Denisse graduated from their nursing program at Instituto Hipolito Umuame. Their parents were veey proud snd extremely grateful to Hogarr Hermelinda and the Peruvian Outreach Project. They will now begin to transition to jobs and to leaving the Hogar Hermelinda to make room for three new students. The other three participants

Kids have been making and decorating bags for a festival comimg up soon. They are learning many skills that will help them in the future. Mama Luchita teaches the children about sewing. Thank you Mama Luchita!
