Thank you all so much!!! We will be making her an appt this week for her treatment! We will keep everyone updated!

This is sweet Heather! Heather has an opportunity of a lifetime that most of our dogs at the shelter only dream of!! A rescue in New Jersey is wanting to give this sweet girl the life she so desperately deserves! Before she can go she has to be treated for Heartworms. The estimated cost of this procedure is around $500! Please if you can find it in your heart to help this sweet girl out we'd greatly appreciate it! If you can't donate please share! Donations can be brought to the shelter 6878 Mer Rouge HWY

🌟🇺🇸 Grateful for a Beautiful Bastrop! 🇺🇸🌟

As we get ready for Morehouse May Madness, we want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to the City of Bastrop for all the hard work going into making our community look absolutely beautiful for this special weekend.

From the courthouse square to every corner of downtown, it truly shows—and we are so appreciative of the time, effort, and pride that’s been poured into it.

And a very special thank you to Mayor Mark Moore Sr.… your leadership and dedication to our town never goes unnoticed. We especially want to say how much we appreciate you and all you do—even more so this week. Thank you for your patience, your heart for Bastrop, and for helping bring everything together so wonderfully.
