It's a hard knock puppy life at the Hardy - Hayes Refuge. Krystal Gill has pre-adopted the little girl with the white on her face and Cambri Elizabeth and her son Kayne have chosen the little female Dachshund mix. They were very sick last Saturday with loose stool and upper respiratory symptoms but all is improving! Ana Watson check out your babies!

Help Save Lila - We are half way there. She is scheduled for her Coloplexy with the specialist Dr. Pugliese tomorrow at 8 a.m. We tried three purse string procedures that didn't solve the underlying stricture so she has to have this serious but life-saving surgery.

Help Save Phineas!
We have taken on the latest Bastrop Shelter medical case that has a completely pr*****ed re**um. He is a 3-month-old male pug. Essential vet care was able to work him in today for surgery. They are going to try the purse string procedure. In the next 48 hours we will know if it takes. If it doesn't he will go back in for a resection rescission surgery that is much more dangerous. We need to raise $300! You can call and donate directly to the vet, PayPal or Venmo.
